Mr. Milstein has served as Executive Vice President, Legal and External Affairs, General Counsel and Secretary with Lorillard since 2012. Previously, Mr. Milstein served as Senior Vice President, Legal and External Affairs, General Counsel and Secretary for seven years, and prior to that as Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary for seven years. Mr. Milstein has been with Lorillard since 1996.
